Returns
As all Throttle & Steel products are custom-made to order with your unique design, we are unable to accept returns on personalized items unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your custom etched cover arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Upon verification, we will:
- Replace the item at no additional cost, or
- Issue a full refund including original shipping costs
Order Errors
If we make an error with your order (wrong product, incorrect engraving due to our mistake), we will replace the item at no cost to you.
Design Approval
Please carefully review your design before finalizing your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made and refunds will not be issued for design changes requested after approval.

Production & Shipping
5–7 business day production time.
Every design is reviewed before engraving begins and we will contact you if adjustments are needed.
Custom Product Notice
Each cover is made to order and engraved with your submitted design. By uploading artwork you confirm you have permission to use the design. Custom items are non-returnable unless faulty.
